ROTOR OVEN ROTORFAN Zuchelli

Apart from the TOP ROTOR version with front burner the rotary ovens are available in the ROTORFAN version with combustion chamber and burner on the left rear oven side (suitable for long and narrow premises).
• The heat exchanger with three turns exploits the heat produced in combustion better, ensuring more uniform baking with lower consumption.
• Combustion chamber and oven front in stainless steel INOX, external panelling in baked galvanized sheet.
• Electromechanical control panel with push buttons or digital computerized panel.
• Electric function or with gas/gasoil burner.
• New conception of the steamer which grants abundant steam supply all over the baking rack.
• Three hook up systems for the rack: rotating platform, hooking from above or automatic lifting device.

Options:
• Oven front in stainless steel ‘linen web structure’
• External panelling in stainless steel INOX 18/8.
• By choice available in the ‘counter manufactured’
version (combustion chamber and burner at the right side).
