MODULAR OVENS – ZUCCHELLI
Bakery ovens

• Electric oven composed of 1 – 4 modular baking decks
• Independent baking chamber
• Refractory cement sole with metallic net frame
• Working chamber height can be 18, 23 or 28 cm by choice
• Each chamber is equipped with a computerized instrument in order to control all oven functions.
• The oven can be equipped by choice with: proover, special support and steam generators for bread baking.
