BABY ROTOR OVENS – ZUCCHELLI
EN BABY oven, a versatile and compact oven model. Thermal equipment on the rear side with burner access on the left side. Heating with gas/gasoil burner or with heating elements. Can be supplied in three versions:
• Oven consisting of baking chamber only with rotating and extractable rack. (picture)
• Oven with a supplementary small electric chamber with ceiling and bed plate controlled separately, mounted on the upper oven part.
• Oven with a supplementary electric heated proover, mounted on the upper oven part.
